The Abbey Hotel in Donegal Town is located in the centre and so provides excellent access for transport links, local shops and attractions such as the waterbus on the Donegal Pier, a delightful 80 minute tour around Donegal Bay passing many points of interest including a 200 strong colony of Seals at Seal Island and the Old Abbey.
The hotel has recently undergone a stunning refurbishment and has been credited with an AA3 star accolade along with Fáilte Ireland recognition. Each standard room offers a trouser press, TV, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, telephone and an en-suite. The price is based on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis along with all the entertainment.
Please note- Any guest who wishes to stay in a room on their own is required by the hotel to pay a single supplement as the rooms are twin rooms ( 2 single beds).
