Enjoy Travel are pleased to announce one of our new summer events for 2012 in the bustling seaside town of Scarborough,North Yorkshire.
Rich in culture and history, Scarborough was the first ever seaside resort for holidaymakers in Britain and each year still brings in plenty of tourists from the UK and beyond!
Our decision to hold the event in The Grand Hotel, Scarborough
came about through previous work with Britannia Hotels on our events in Lladudno. The service from their staff and their facilities on offer in hotels are to a very high standard as well as having plenty of dancing space including a large ballroom, perfect for an Enjoy Travel holiday!
Room Types
We have a selection of rooms available whether you require a triple room, double, twin or a single, just let us know and we can arrange it for you. We also have have a limited amount of Premier Rooms with Seaviews at an extra charge of £30 per room for the three nights. All rooms are facilitiated with tea and coffee, hairdryers, TV, and an en-suite bathroom.
Restaurants
The Harbour Lights offers hot and cold buffet style dining with a varied selection of food available, with beautiful views over the harbour and bay you can sit back and relax as you watch the sunset on those warm summer evenings.
The Premier restaurant displays a more intimate dining experience, allowing up to 60 guests it is much smaller than The Harbour Lights and offers self service buffet style dining with table service for wine and drinks.

From Motorway
The Hotel is located about 1/2 mile on the A64 main route into Scarborough. When driving follow signs to the Railway station and at the T junction turn right at lights at the station. Then take the first left at the next set of traffic lights opposite Comet and proceed straight ahead at the set of Traffic lights. Go straight over at the roundabout and the Grand Hotel is first right down St Nicholas Cliff opposite Huntriss Row.
The nearest well served airport would be Leeds, approximately 70 miles from the hotel. Buses run regulary from the airport to Leeds City train station where you can then travel to Scarborough by rail which takes approximately 1 hr & 20mins.
Scarborough train station is approximately 0.4 miles from the hotel and connection services are available throughout the UK.
